Just realized that I never posted about this here... (does anyone check this?) But the demo for Break Chance Memento, a visual novel *Auro-Cyanide and I have been working on, was released 2 weeks ago. It's available for download for Mac, PC, and Linux in English and German here. There's a contest going on where you get entered into a drawing for free copies of the game if you plug the demo page. It ends on the 18th, which is in 4 days.

What is Break Chance Memento?
It's an upcoming visual novel by Cyanide Tea, which is a fancy name for the ~feudalist/*Auro-Cyanide duo. BCM is a modern science fiction story with a healthy serving of BL and forbidden love on the side, but the emphasis is on one family's attempt to right the wrongs of their past--and future. As the player, you get to control one of two main characters: Shuuki or Natsume Amamiya, each with a totally different perspective on the story.

Gameplay involves typical visual novel fare such as making decisions at different points in the plot, but also will includes things like finding items to basically use as portals to time travel with, and other things that would totally spoil Natsume's story if we told you about. A prequel/demo to the game was released on October 31, 2011. We expect to release the full game around summer of 2012, but this is just an estimate. The full game will retail for $15 USD and will be available for purchase online.
